Purchasing Details (Please Read)

Each sign is handmade and beautifully packaged with attention to detail.  We focus our love and care to make the best quality sign for your special event. Display your sign on an easel, prop against a wall.  Please note that the size of the sign in the photo may be different from your order due to the various of sizes we offer.  IF you need assistance with choosing or have a custom request, please message us at cheers@curateddisplays.com.

Processing Time

Once an order is placed, normal processing time is 6-8 weeks. If our processing time is running longer than that, we will post processing time on the top banner of the web page.  Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using USPS. Business days exclude holidays and the weekend. We will always ship out within 8 weeks from the date purchased or earlier (unless specifically noted).  Our ship date is not the same as the delivery date. So please understand that once it we drop it at the post office, it’s officially in USPS’s hands! Keep the timing estimates above in mind when purchasing!  When in doubt, order early.  If you require expedited shipping, please send a note with your order number to cheers@curateddisplays.com.  We will send you a separate invoice for your personal shipping request.

Return and Exchanges

Unfortunately due to these handmade & personalized products we do not accept cancelations or returns. Double check your order before purchasing to ensure everything is spelled correct. If your item comes broken or misspelled, please message us right away! When reaching out, please attach a photo of the item and a brief description of what happened. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved, and you are happy with your purchase.
